Trips Nomad Adventure
This Refund Policy explains the rules and conditions under which refunds are processed by Trips Nomad Adventure. By booking any tour, trek or travel service with us, you agree to this policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable to the advance deposit and are calculated based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure is eligible for a 70 percent refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation 15 to 29 days before departure is eligible for a 50 percent refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before departure is not eligible for any refund.
No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed flights, late arrivals, early departures or changes made by the client after the trip has started.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are non refundable under any circumstances.
- Visa fees and processing charges.
- Flight tickets and transportation booked through third parties.
- Hotel reservations or special services once confirmed.
- Personal expenses, equipment rental or meals not included in the package.
Trip Cancellation by Trips Nomad Adventure
Trips Nomad Adventure reserves the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions, safety risks, political instability, natural disasters or insufficient number of participants. In such cases clients may choose one of the following options.
- Transfer the payment to an alternative trip.
- Receive a partial or full refund depending on expenses already incurred.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunds or compensation if a trip is cancelled or disrupted due to events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, road blockages or civil unrest.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Contact for Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp to Trips Nomad Adventure. Requests made verbally will not be accepted.

By confirming your booking with Trips Nomad Adventure you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund Policy.
