Itinerary
This easy to moderate trek follows remote mountain trails, glacier moraines, alpine pastures, and village paths. Trekking days range from 3–7 hours, with gradual acclimatization before crossing high passes.
The route offers a perfect blend of adventure and culture, allowing trekkers to experience the natural beauty of the Hindu Kush and the warm hospitality of local communities.

Trekking Permit

Personal Equipment
Participants should bring suitable trekking equipment, including waterproof hiking boots, warm clothing, a waterproof jacket, down jacket, trekking poles, gloves, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, personal medications, and a sleeping bag suitable for temperatures below freezing. A detailed packing list will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your insurance should cover high-altitude trekking, emergency medical treatment, trip cancellation, and helicopter evacuation where available. Drinking Water
Safe drinking water is available throughout the trek. In cities, we recommend bottled mineral water, while during camping our team provides boiled, filtered, or purified drinking water. Please avoid drinking directly from rivers or mountain streams.
Weather
Weather in the Hindu Kush can change rapidly. During the trekking season, daytime temperatures are generally pleasant, while nights above 4,000 metres can become cold and occasionally fall below freezing. Rain, snow, and strong winds are possible at higher elevations, so warm clothing and waterproof gear are essential.
