Terms and Conditions of Trips Nomad Adventur
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Trips Nomad Adventure. By booking any tour, trekking, expedition or travel service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Company Information
Trips Nomad Adventure is a tour operator based in Pakistan providing trekking, adventure tours and cultural travel services across the Karakoram, Himalaya and Hindukush regions.
Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip start date or upon arrival as advised. Trips Nomad Adventure reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment deadlines are not met.
Payment Policy
Advance deposits are non refundable unless stated otherwise. All prices are quoted in USD or PKR unless mentioned. Bank charges, currency conversion fees and transfer costs are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure is eligible for a 70 percent refund of the deposit.
Cancellation 15 to 29 days before departure is eligible for a 50 percent refund.
Cancellation less than 14 days before departure is not eligible for any refund.
No refunds are issued for unused services, late arrivals or early departures.
Trips Nomad Adventure reserves the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions, safety concerns, political unrest, natural disasters or insufficient participants. In such cases clients may choose an alternative trip or receive a partial refund depending on expenses already incurred.
Changes in Itinerary
All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, participant health or other unforeseen circumstances. Safety is our priority and routes, accommodation or activities may be altered without prior notice.
Travel Insurance
All participants must have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation and rescue, trip cancellation and personal liability. Trips Nomad Adventure is not responsible for any medical, evacuation or repatriation costs.
Health and Fitness
Clients must disclose any medical conditions prior to booking. Participants must be physically fit for trekking and adventure activities. We reserve the right to refuse participation if a client’s health poses a risk.
Liability and Responsibility
Trips Nomad Adventure is not responsible for injury, illness, accidents or death, loss or damage of personal belongings, or delays caused by weather, strikes, landslides or political conditions. Adventure activities involve inherent risks and by joining our trips clients accept full responsibility for these risks.
Equipment and Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own equipment. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal items during the trip.
Behavior and Conduct
Clients must respect local culture, traditions and the environment. Illegal or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
Photography and Media
Trips Nomad Adventure may use photos or videos taken during trips for promotional purposes unless the client requests in writing not to be included.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, road blockages or civil unrest.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip with Trips Nomad Adventure you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
